For nearly 30 years I advised the global C-suite - including 17 years at EY, one of the world's largest professional services firms - guiding leaders through transformation, crisis, and the highest-stakes moments of their careers. I was the person they called when clarity mattered most.
Two years ago, I stepped out to do that work on my own terms. I founded Luminous Alchemy because I believe something simple: when you shine light on what's true - the possibilities, the patterns, the path forward - transformation becomes inevitable.
The name says everything. Luminous: I bring light to people and to what's holding them back. Alchemy: I help turn what is heavy into something powerful.
